With the sheet metal used way over scale, a rolled beading was out of the question. The typical way of simulating the beading is to slit a small diameter copper tube and affix it to the sheet. Since my top is removable, the inside overhang of the tubing would prevent the top from being removed. I decided to take a solid metal bar of 0.125" diameter and notch a 90 degree corner out.
