This shows the tender frame being clamped for welding. Although I used a lot of clamps, I should have used more. The heat of welding produces a lot of stresses and the steel warps and bends. I didn't take these stresses seriously enough and had to bend the chassis straight afterwards.
Also, some of the worst welding ever.
