This shows the setup for machining the knuckle holes and the outside surfaces true to the crankpin hole. The expanding mandel is locked in the collet and the oppisite end is held in the vise. The center of the crankpin rod was found and lined up with the top of the vise jaws.
Final machining of the outside surfaces.
