After the Valve Chest Liner is pressed in, the steam inlet port must be drilled through the liner (alternativily, I could have put a larger hole in the liner, and tried to line in up during the pressing, but I choose this route). Prior to drilling, I decided to increase the hole/pipe size. Then I tapped the hole with a 3/8 pipe tape.
