A good friend and neighbor works for Sodick, a manufacturer of wire EDM machines. After many discussions of how best to cut the keyways in aligment with the crankpin bores, I got an offer to cut them with a wire EDM machine.
This shows the mounting fixture and the electolite tank (de-ionized water in this case).
