One of the keyways in the wheels was known to be off by about 1 degree. I needed to know the exact angular offset, and I had to assure myself that the other wheels were correct. I made a measuring fixture. The first step was to make a plug for the rotary table. The smaller diameter was a close slip fit in the table and the larger was an even closer slip fit in the wheel bore. Here I'm cutting the keyway in the plug to match the wheel.
