The first two pictures are the Cyclinder and Valve Chest Liners ready to be pressed into the Cyclinders. This will the complete a task started 8 months ago in April.
The aluminum parts are to assist the pressing process. The plugs fit the Cyclinder Liner and Valve Chest Liner so that the press ram has a square surface to press on. The rings (the one with the hole and the one without) are stops to align the liners in the middle of their respective homes.
Note the square hole in the Valve Chest Liners.
